Wehrli Custom Fab 3.5" intake horn and driver-side intercooler pipe kit for 2003–2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins replaces the OEM 3" plastic with a 14g aluminum 3.5" pipe and a mandrel-bent 3.5" elbow welded to a CNC-machined flange. The flange includes two 1/8" NPT ports and an 8mm threaded port for harness support plus a bung for the dipstick. The kit includes silicone boots, stainless t-bolt clamps, gasket and hardware and is finished in WCFab grey powder coat for durability and improved airflow.
