Wehrli Custom Fab 3.5" intake horn and driver-side intercooler pipe kit for 2003–2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins replaces the fragile 3" OEM plastic with a 14g aluminum 3.5" pipe and full-mandrel elbow welded to a CNC-machined flange. The flange has two 1/8" NPT ports and an 8mm threaded port for wire harness support, plus a bung to secure the dipstick tube. High-quality 5-ply silicone boots, stainless t-bolt clamps, gasket and hardware are included; the kit is finished in gloss black powder coat for durability and bolt-on installation.
