Wehrli Custom Fab 3.5" intake horn and driver-side intercooler pipe kit for 2003–2007 Cummins 5.9L replaces the fragile 3" plastic OEM pieces with heavy-gauge 14ga aluminum and a full mandrel-bent 3.5" elbow. The CNC-machined flange includes 1/8" ports for boost reference or injectables and an 8mm threaded port for the wire harness clamp; kit ships with silicone boots, stainless T-bolt clamps, hardware and a durable powder-coat finish.
