Wehrli Custom Fab 3.5" intake horn and driver-side intercooler pipe kit for 2003–2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins replaces the failure-prone 3" plastic OEM pipe with a heavy-duty 14g aluminum 3.5" pipe and full-mandrel 3.5" elbow welded to a CNC-machined flange. The flange includes two 1/8" NPT ports and an 8mm threaded port for harness support; a threaded bung secures the oil dipstick. Supplied silicone boots, stainless t-bolt clamps, intake gasket and hardware make this a bolt-on upgrade with a durable powder-coat finish and roughly 60% greater flow than stock.
