The Wehrli 3.5" passenger-side intercooler pipe for 2020–2025 L5P 6.6L Duramax replaces the factory plastic two-piece tube with a 14 gauge, one-piece aluminum pipe. It uses a CNC-machined flange with double O-rings, an upgraded silicone boot and black anodized billet adapter to improve sealing and resist higher boost pressures, reducing blown boots and boost leaks. Installs on stock trucks with no tuning or extra modifications.
