The Wehrli 3.5" passenger-side intercooler pipe is a direct-replacement cold-side charge pipe for 2020 and newer L5P Duramax 6.6L Chevrolet applications. It replaces the factory two-piece plastic with a single 14‑ga. aluminum tube, CNC machined flange and double O‑ring seal, upgraded silicone boot and billet adapter to resist higher boost pressures. It fits stock trucks without modifications and uses t‑bolt clamps and a threaded bung to reinstall the OEM intake temp sensor.
