Wehrli's passenger-side 3.5" cold-side intercooler pipe for 2020–2025 Duramax L5P replaces the factory plastic two-piece pipe with a 14-gauge aluminum one-piece 3.5" tube. It uses a CNC-machined flange with double O-rings, upgraded silicone boots and stainless T-bolt clamps to improve sealing and boost reliability, and includes a threaded bung to reinstall the OEM intake temperature sensor.
