The Wehrli 3" passenger-side intercooler pipe for 2004.5–2005 Duramax LLY replaces the one-piece 2.5" factory pipe with a mandrel-bent 14ga one-piece 3" tube and upgraded silicone boots to better hold higher boost pressures. Straight boot connection at the intercooler and CNC-quality construction reduce leak-prone points and improve airflow up to the turbo for better throttle response and spool. Fits stock trucks without modification and installs with basic hand tools.
