The Wehrli one-piece 3" driver-side intercooler pipe for 2004.5–2010 Duramax (LLY/LBZ/LMM) upgrades the turbo-to-intercooler tract from 2.5" to a full 3" section to reduce restriction and improve spool and efficiency. Upgraded silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps increase reliability under higher boost pressures. The fabricated single-piece design installs with basic hand tools and is finished in custom powder coat for corrosion resistance and a clean appearance.
