Wehrli's 3" hot-side intercooler pipe replaces the restrictive 2.5" factory tube on 2015–2025 Ford Super Duty trucks with the 6.7L Power Stroke, improving airflow with a mandrel-bent 3" aluminum design finished in WCFab Grey. The kit includes an upgraded silicone boot, stainless T-bolt clamps and a CNC-machined billet flange with double O-rings to reduce boost leaks. Bolt-on installation with no tuning required; not compatible with 2023+ High Output models.
