The Wehrli 3" hot-side intercooler pipe for 2023–2025 Ford Super Duty High Output 6.7L Power Stroke replaces the restrictive factory 2.5" design with a 3" mandrel-bent aluminum pipe to improve airflow. It includes a reinforced silicone boot and stainless T-bolt clamps, a threaded bung for a sensor, and a CNC-machined flange with double o-rings designed to reduce boost leaks. Fits HO models without other modifications.
