The Wehrli 3" hot-side intercooler pipe for 2023–2025 Ford Super Duty High Output 6.7L Power Stroke replaces the OEM restrictive 2.5" design with a fabricated 3" aluminum pipe to improve flow and reliability. It includes a higher-temperature silicone boot, stainless T-bolt clamps, a threaded bung for a sensor, and a CNC-machined flange with double o-rings to limit boost leaks. Bolt-on fit for HO trucks and finished with custom powder coat.
