The Sinister Diesel intercooler charge pipe kit for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke includes hot- and cold-side 3" mandrel-bent tubing, 4-ply silicone boots rated to 400 psi and stainless steel spring clamps. Made from 6061 aluminum and TIG-welded, the powdercoated Sinister Blue finish improves under-hood durability and looks while reducing intake restriction to improve airflow and lower EGTs. Note: the hot-side pipe does not fit trucks with the dual-alternator option.
