The Sinister Diesel cold-side charge pipe for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke connects the intercooler to the intake with larger-diameter, CNC-mandrel bent 3" tubing to improve flow and lower EGTs. Constructed from 6061 aluminum and finished in Sinister Blue, the kit uses 4-ply silicone boots rated to 400 psi and stainless steel spring clamps for a secure seal. Kit includes the cold-side pipe, silicone boots and spring clamps for a direct replacement.
