The Mishimoto intercooler kit for 2003–2007 Ford 6.0L Powerstroke provides a full-charge-air upgrade to lower intake temperatures and reduce EGTs. It includes mandrel-bent polished aluminum pipes, DuraCore silicone boots with T-bolt clamps and a larger bar-and-plate intercooler with cast aluminum end tanks to cut pressure drop and support higher boost or sustained loads. Available with black or silver core and covered by Mishimoto's lifetime warranty.
