The ROUSH Phase 2 upgrade for 2015–2017 F-150 5.0L V8 builds on the Phase 1 package to raise output by an additional 50 hp and 28 lb-ft when used with the 600 hp Phase 1 system (PN 421983), yielding about 650 hp and 557 lb-ft. The upgrade installs using a higher-boost 75 mm supercharger pulley and includes a ROUSH Diagnostic Tool (RDT) Phase 2 reflash voucher so dealers can quickly download the upgraded calibration to the vehicle ECU.
