The DEI Reflect-A-GOLD 12 in x 24 in adhesive heat shield sheet protects vulnerable surfaces from heat soak by reflecting radiant heat away from intakes, seats, firewalls and engine covers. A metalized polyimide face is laminated to lightweight glass fiber cloth with a high-temperature pressure-sensitive adhesive; the adhesive is protected by a release liner rated to 325°F. Handles continuous temps to 800°F, is 0.0065 in. thick, trims to fit and resists UV for long-term shielding. Do not apply directly to exhaust components.
