The DEI Form-A-Shield sheet is a 21 in x 48 in non-adhesive heat barrier formed from 10 mil dimpled aluminum bonded to a high-temperature basalt mat. It withstands direct heat above 1400°F and can be applied directly to exhaust headers, manifolds, turbo housings and downpipes to reduce radiant exhaust temperatures. Pliable and durable, it resists oil and chemical spills and fastens with straps, clamps or DEI locking ties.
