The DEI Form-A-Shield is a pliable, direct-contact heat barrier sheet sized 42 x 48 inches that protects components from extreme radiant and direct heat up to 1400°F+. Built from 10 mil dimpled aluminum bonded to a basalt thermal mat, it reduces under-hood temperatures and keeps heat in exhaust systems. Use it on headers, manifolds, turbo housings, downpipes, firewalls or fuel cell wraps and secure with straps, clamps or DEI locking ties.
