Kooks SBF adapter plate kit adapts small-block Ford head bolt patterns for use with aftermarket headers. The kit includes 3/8" thick mild steel adapter plates with countersunk holes for the 2" inline bolt pattern and threaded holes to accept the 2-3/4" diagonal header bolt pattern. It provides a bolt-on interface when converting head-to-header mounting patterns.
