Stainless Works long‑tube headers for 2004–2008 Ford F‑150 4.6L 4WD feature CNC‑mandrel‑bent primaries and are constructed from 304 stainless steel for corrosion resistance. They use 1‑5/8" primaries with hi‑flow catalytic converters, 2½" lead pipes and clamps, and are fully TIG welded and back‑purged for strength. Designed to mate to the factory connection points, these headers include high‑flow connections and are made in the USA with a lifetime warranty.
