Stainless Works long-tube headers for 2003–2006 Chevy/GMC 6.0L (4WD) trucks are CNC mandrel-bent from 304 stainless steel with 1-3/4" primaries, 3/8" thick CNC laser-cut flanges and 2.5" catted lead pipes. They are designed to connect to the factory exhaust and are fully TIG welded. Stainless Works backs these headers with a limited lifetime guarantee on material and workmanship.
