The Stainless Works long-tube header system for 2005–2008 Chevrolet Corvette C6 replaces factory manifolds with CNC-mandrel-bent 2" primaries, 3" slip-fit collectors and a 3" X-pipe with high-flow catalytic converters. Built from 304 stainless with 3/8" laser-cut flanges and TIG welds, the kit includes O2 extensions, clamps, oil cooler line fittings and mates to the factory 2.5" axle-back connection.
