JBA Cat4Ward headers for 2004–2006 Pontiac GTO with 5.7/6.0L LS engines use 1-5/8" primaries in raw 409 stainless steel. JBA’s shorty header design reduces restriction compared with stock manifolds to increase power and efficiency, and the Firecone collector applies race-proven geometry to improve torque delivery. The system features 3/8" thick machined flanges, oversized ports, mandrel-bent tubing, extra-thick collector domes and factory-style emission connections with hardware.
