JBA Tight Tuck headers for 1957–1974 Chevrolet Corvette with 265–400 small-block Chevy engines use 1-5/8" primaries in raw 409 stainless steel. The Tight Tuck profile is engineered for closer clearance to improve fitment in tight engine bays while still offering improved flow relative to stock manifolds. The system includes 3/8" thick machined flanges, oversized ports, mandrel-bent tubing, extra-thick collector domes, the Firecone collector design and factory-style emission connections with hardware.
