The Gibson stainless performance header for 1996–2002 Dodge Ram 2500 (8.0L) uses 1.5" 16-gauge 409L stainless tubing and mandrel-bent runners to improve exhaust scavenging. Dyno-tuned to boost usable low- and mid-range horsepower and torque, the unit installs as a direct replacement using the stock crossover pipe and OEM-style connections. Laser-cut port flanges and premium gaskets are supplied to ensure a reliable seal without welding.
