The Gibson stainless performance header for 2005–2006 Ford F-250 Super Duty XL (5.4L) uses 1-5/8" 16-gauge tubing and mandrel bends to improve exhaust flow. Dyno-tuned to increase usable low- and mid-range horsepower and torque, it installs as a direct replacement with OEM-style connections and laser-cut flanges. Premium gaskets and hardware are included to ensure a tight seal and no welding is required for installation.
