The Gibson ceramic-coated performance header for 2004–2010 Ford F-150 FX4 (5.4L) uses 1-5/8" 16-gauge 409L stainless tubing with a hi-temp ceramic coating rated to high temperatures. Dyno-tuned to increase low- and mid-range horsepower and torque while aiding cooler operating temperatures, it fits as a direct replacement using the stock crossover pipe. OEM-style connections, laser-cut flanges and premium gaskets are included; no welding required.
