The Gibson stainless performance header for 2004–2010 Ford F-150 FX4 (5.4L) features 1-5/8" 16-gauge 409L stainless tubing with mandrel bends to enhance exhaust scavenging. Dyno-tuned to deliver more usable horsepower and torque at low and mid-range RPMs, it installs as a direct replacement using the stock crossover pipe and OEM-style connections. Laser-cut port flanges, premium gaskets and hardware are included; no welding required.
