The Gibson ceramic-coated performance header for 2005–2006 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500 (8.1L) uses 1-3/4" 16-gauge 409L stainless tubing with hi-temp ceramic coating. Dyno-tuned to boost low- and mid-range horsepower and torque while reducing operating temperatures, it fits as a direct replacement using the stock crossover pipe. OEM-style connections, laser-cut flanges, premium gaskets and hardware are included with no welding required.
