The Gibson stainless performance header for 2005–2006 Chevrolet Avalanche 2500 (8.1L) uses 1-3/4" 16-gauge 409L stainless tubing and mandrel bends to improve exhaust flow. Dyno-tuned to increase usable low- and mid-range horsepower and torque, it installs as a direct replacement with OEM-style connections and laser-cut 3/8" flanges. Premium gaskets and hardware are included and no welding is required.
