This BD Diesel fully divided pulse exhaust manifold kit is a direct replacement for 2003–2007 Dodge 5.9L Cummins engines. Cast from high‑silicon ductile iron to endure extreme temperatures and vibration, the manifold uses precision slip joints to allow expansion and contraction and reduce cyclic thermal fatigue for improved longevity. The kit includes exhaust port and turbo mount gaskets, grade 10.9 black oxide‑coated bolts and spacers, and is pre‑drilled for pyrometer probes.
