This BD Diesel fully divided pulse exhaust manifold kit fits 1998.5–2002 Dodge 5.9L 24‑Valve Cummins engines as a drop‑in replacement. Cast from high‑silicon ductile iron for temperature and vibration resistance, it uses precision slip joints to allow expansion and contraction and reduce thermal fatigue for greater longevity. The kit includes new gaskets, grade 10.9 black oxide‑coated bolts and spacers, is pre‑drilled for pyrometer probes, and replaces Cummins part number 3946036 where applicable.
