BD Diesel's exhaust manifold kit for 6.7L PowerStroke Ford trucks covers a range of 2011–2014 F250/F350 and 2011–2016 F350/F450/F550 applications and replaces the factory manifolds with a thicker Hi‑Silicon ductile casting to reduce cracking. The kit includes manifold, crossover tube, EGR provisions, longer studs and spacers, and machined flanges to improve thermal durability. High‑temp black coating and gasket sets are supplied for direct installation.
