BD Diesel’s exhaust manifold set for 2008–2010 Ford Super Duty 6.4L Powerstroke uses 0.25 in. thick-walled Hi-Silicon ductile casting to resist cracking from high exhaust temperatures. Supplied as a kit with new studs, spacers and nuts, it’s intended as a durable replacement that improves long-term reliability. The manifolds are finished in high-temperature black paint for corrosion resistance and durability.
