BBK shorty tuned-length headers for Jeep 4.0L applications (1991–1999 Cherokee and Wrangler; 1993–1999 Grand Cherokee) deliver improved exhaust flow with 1.5" CNC mandrel-bent tubing and a 3/8" laser-cut flange. These direct-fit headers come complete with new gaskets and hardware and are available with a polished silver ceramic finish. Each kit is robotically and hand welded, pressure tested, and designed for straightforward bolt-on installation.
