BBK shorty tuned-length headers for Jeep 4.0L applications (1991–1999 Cherokee and Wrangler; 1993–1999 Grand Cherokee) are a direct-fit replacement built with 1.5" CNC mandrel-bent primary tubes to improve exhaust flow and scavenging. They use a 3/8" laser-cut flange, are robotically and hand welded then pressure tested, and come with new gaskets and hardware. Available in titanium ceramic finish and designed for OEM-style installation.
