BBK shorty tuned-length headers for 2019–2024 Dodge Ram 1500 5.7L (1500 only; excludes 2500/3500, MegaCab and Ram Classic) are CNC mandrel-bent with 1-3/4" primary tubing to improve exhaust flow and scavenging for increased torque and efficiency over stock manifolds. Each header includes a 3/8" laser-cut exhaust flange, new gaskets and hardware, and is robotically and hand-welded then pressure-tested. Available in ceramic-coated finishes for corrosion resistance.
