BBK shorty tuned-length headers are direct-fit replacements for 1996–1999 GM trucks and SUVs with 5.0L and 5.7L engines, using CNC mandrel-bent 1-5/8" tubing to improve exhaust flow. The design enhances scavenging for better combustion and efficiency, and features a 3/8" laser-cut flange, precision welding and pressure testing. Each kit includes new gaskets, bolts and hardware and is available with ceramic coating options.
