BBK shorty tuned-length exhaust headers for 1999–2004 GM truck and SUV 4.8L and 5.3L applications deliver improved exhaust flow using CNC mandrel-bent 1-3/4" tubing and a 3/8" laser-cut flange. These direct-fit replacements include new gaskets, bolts and hardware and are available in a polished silver ceramic finish. Precision robotic and hand welding plus pressure testing ensure long-term fit and function; note the passenger-side OE doughnut gasket must be reused for proper midpipe seal.
