BBK shorty tuned-length exhaust headers for 1999–2004 GM truck and SUV 4.8L and 5.3L applications are direct bolt-on replacements built from CNC-mandrel bent 1-3/4" primary tubing. These headers improve exhaust flow and scavenging, include 3/8" thick flanges, and come with new gaskets, bolts and installation hardware. Finished in titanium ceramic, they are precision welded and pressure tested; note the passenger-side OE doughnut gasket must be reused for proper midpipe sealing.
