The BBK shorty tuned-length exhaust headers for 1993–1996 Chevrolet Impala SS are a direct-fit replacement built to improve exhaust flow and scavenging. They use 1-5/8" CNC mandrel-bent tubing, a 3/8" laser-cut flange, and are robotically plus hand welded and pressure tested. Available in high-temp titanium ceramic finish, the kit includes new gaskets, bolts and installation hardware and is 50-state legal.
