BBK long-tube header and high-flow catted X-pipe kit for 1999–2004 Mustang Cobra/Mach 1 uses 1-5/8 in. titanium ceramic-coated CNC mandrel-bent tubing to free exhaust flow and broaden torque delivery. The direct-fit system replaces factory shorty headers and the mid pipe, and includes 3/8" laser-cut flanges, a patented scavenging collector, gasketless ball-and-socket connectors, matching mid pipe with high-flow catalytic converters, and all gaskets and hardware to mate to the factory cat-back.
