BBK long-tube header and catted X-pipe kit for 1996–1998 Mustang Cobra 4.6L uses 1-5/8 in. CNC mandrel-bent tubing and a titanium ceramic coating to reduce heat and improve exhaust flow. This direct bolt-on replacement for factory shorty headers includes 3/8" laser-cut flanges, a patented scavenging collector, gasketless ball-and-socket connectors, matching mid pipe with high-flow catalytic converters, and all gaskets and hardware to mate to the factory cat-back for fuller torque delivery across the RPM band.
