aFe’s Twisted Steel 304 stainless headers for the Jeep Wrangler 392 (2021–2022) are mandrel-bent from 1-7/8" to 2-3/4" tubing and use laser-cut machined mild steel flanges for a leak-resistant seal. The 4-to-1 mitered merge collectors reduce turbulence to increase exhaust velocity for improved horsepower, torque and throttle response, while retaining factory O2 sensor locations. Designed to fit in stock locations with no cutting, the system is 100% MIG-welded for durability.
