The Akrapovič Sound Kit for 2018–present Mercedes‑Benz AMG A45 (W177) lets drivers control exhaust sound from the cockpit, switching between quiet and sportier modes via a Sound Remote Controller. It uses a receiver (provided with Evolution systems) to drive actuators that open or close the exhaust valves. Note: fitting the optional Sound Kit may invalidate ECE type approval.
