Cometic's multi-layer steel (MLS) exhaust manifold gasket set is made for Nissan VQ engines including VQ30DE, VQ35DD, VQ35DE, VQ35HR, VQ37VHR and VQ40DE in .064in thickness. The gasket uses three to five stainless steel layers with embossed outer faces coated in Viton rubber rated to 250°C (482°F). It resists corrosion, rebounds under load and is built to withstand extreme cylinder pressures while maintaining a torque set.
