The BD Diesel 5.0in universal exhaust brake includes Variable Orifice Technology, a spring-loaded pneumatic cylinder and an IP67-sealed air compressor in most kits to deliver up to 150 retarding horsepower across the engine's RPM range. Constructed with rugged cast-iron housings, stainless steel butterfly shaft and alumibronze bushings, the kit ships with valve assembly, air tubing, adapter, regulator, control and mounting hardware.
