The Kooks extension for 3" x 2-1/2" dual cat-back exhausts adapts compatible Kooks systems for 2015+ Ford F-150s with a 164" wheelbase. It lengthens the cat-back path to fit extended-wheelbase trucks and is intended for use with specific Kooks cat-back models. The extension lets owners adapt their existing Kooks dual-exit systems to the longer wheelbase without altering the core exhaust components.
