The Gibson Patriot Series single cat-back exhaust for 2010–2018 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE 5.3L is a stainless steel bolt-on system that replaces the section from the catalytic converter back to a Superflow muffler to improve sound and exhaust flow. It uses mandrel-bent stainless tubing, a baffled/chambered muffler (no internal packing) for consistent tone, factory-style hangers and included hardware for straightforward installation, plus Black Rolled Edge slash-cut tips and a brushed stainless American flag badge.
